$75 Rental Charge

$50 Key Deposit

THE RENTER AGREES:

1. To clean the premises and place all refuse in the containers provided by the Village.
2. To reimburse the Village for any damage to the premises, building, and equipment.
3. To indemnify the Village of Delta and its members or agents against all liability to persons and property on the premises.
4. No parking on grass beyond the designated parking areas. Park in designated areas only!
5. No personal property shall be on the premises other than during the rental period.                                                                                            (The Village of Delta will not be responsible for any items left in the shelter house prior to or after a rental).

6. Not to attach signs or posters to the premises.
7. To return all municipal property to the designated storage bins.
8. Hours available for rental are 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
9. Not to bring or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
